Shannon Clip Earrings

Coordinate with the Shannon Necklace and Bracelet

The Shannon Clip Earrings feature cabochons of shadowy, mottled, Wyoming jade, also known as nephrite jade. They are set in oxidized silver settings that frame the cabochon in a lovely pewter-like twist. A small oval dark teal apatite bead and small teal glass bead dangle from these lovely settings, making them great matches for the Shannon Necklace and the Shannon Bracelet.

Approximate length (top to bottom): almost 2 inches

Approximate width: 1 inch

Cabochon dimensions: 1 inch diameter (with oxidized silver twist frame)

Symbolism: Wyoming jade, or nephrite jade, is believed to be a stone of peace and strength. The gemstone apatite is believed to promote humanitarian service and to assist in manifesting positive, healthy changes in one's life.

All of our clip earrings are made with comfort and style in mind. To minimize discomfort, our clip earrings are constructed with a large focal (usually a gemstone cabochon, intaglio, or cameo) at the front of a clip with a large round pad (at least 13mm in diameter). This construction allows for pressure to be distributed to a wider area of the earlobe, eliminating the "pressure point" discomfort that can often come with screwbacks and smaller clips.

Given the nature of gemstones, please allow for variations in color and markings.
