Symbolism: Black onyx is thought to be a stone of protection and grounding. Snowflake obsidian, a type of volcanic glass, is believed by some to promote balance and stability.

The Bonfire Clip Earrings combine black onyx cabochons in bead-edged, antique silver settings with black onyx beads, red pony beads, and three-dimensional teardrops of snowflake obsidian.

All of our clip earrings are made with comfort and style in mind. To minimize discomfort, our clip earrings are constructed with a large focal (usually a gemstone cabochon, intaglio, or cameo) at the front of a clip with a large round pad (at least 13mm in diameter). This construction allows for pressure to be distributed to a wider area of the earlobe, eliminating the “pressure point” discomfort that can often come with screwbacks and smaller clips.
