Symbolism: Howlite is believed to promote tolerance, patience, and calm.

The Annapolis Clip Earrings combine white howlite with navy blue freshwater pearls for a crisp, clean, dare I say preppy, look. (I grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, home of the U.S. Naval Academy, and these colors say Annapolis to me!) The white howlite cabochons are set in gunmetal settings.

All of our clip earrings are made with comfort and style in mind. To minimize discomfort, our clip earrings are constructed with a large focal (usually a gemstone cabochon, intaglio, or cameo) at the front of a clip with a large round pad (at least 13mm in diameter). This construction allows for pressure to be distributed to a wider area of the earlobe, eliminating the “pressure point” discomfort that can often come with screwbacks and smaller clips.
